Nervous about joining a new workout? Unsure if your team can keep up with the pace?
You can indicate in your enquiry form about your participant profile e.g. age group and workout experience, and our instructors can design the class specifically for your team. If majority of you are beginners or with little Zumba experience, our instructors will have carefully selected routines and dance pace to cater to new learners so everyone can still have a great time.
What is Zumba all about?
Zumba is a health programme created by Beto Perez that combines dance movements with routine workout steps. In short, it is an awesome dance workout filled with uplifting beats and rhythm that allows you to be dancing and working out at the same time. It is for all ages and anyone can pick it up quickly.
